Sept. 26, 2020 on County Rd. 7 southwest of Ridgeway, CO, At far left, the 3/4 moon rises just above the Aspens ablaze in the late afternoon light as the evening hush settles in the valley between us and the mountain peaks. The warm light paints the sides of Mt. Sneffels as the shadows grow long. I always love this time of day in the mountains. The deafening quiet makes it seem like all of creation has paused in silence, waiting in anticipation of what kind of show our Creator is going to have on this evening.

This original uncropped panorama consists of 240 individual bracketed 50.1-megapixel images photographed with a Canon 5DS R and 200mm lens at f/13, ISO 200, using exposures of 1/6, 1/400 and 1/10 sec. with 30% overlap. The bracketed exposures were processed into 80 HDR images and stitched in 4 rows × 20 columns to create the finished panorama.

Print Sizes and Mounting Options

  • Standard Plaque prints are available in four finish choices. Finishes are acid-free and ultraviolet (UV) light protected, shielding them against fading and deterioration, and can be wiped down with water or ammonia-free cleaners.
  • We highly recommend Metalized Paper for prints, plaques and PlexiPlaq products. This special paper does an excellent job of bringing out the detail in the photographs.
  • All of our plaques are produced by Duraplaq on photo-quality high-density boards. Numerous mounting styles and edge treatments are available.
  • Approximate lead time for shipping prints is two to three weeks. Plaque mounts and other options are approximately three to four weeks.

The above sizes and mounting options are a small subset of the overall mounting options we offer.
