July 9, 2019. Located above Lake Louise in Banff National Park, Mirror Lake is about two-thirds of the way up the trail to the Lake Agnes Tea House. Jean and I stopped here for a badly needed break on our ascent to Lake Agnes. Once I caught my breath, I set up my GigaPan and captured this panorama of Beehive Mountain reflected in the emerald-green water of Mirror Lake.

Photographed with a Canon 5DS R at f/11, 1/160 sec., ISO 100, using a Canon 70–200mm lens at 100mm. The panorama consists of 48 individual images arranged in 4 rows × 12 columns.

The original image is:

  • 1.37 gigapixels
  • 29,207 × 47,054 pixels
  • 97.4 × 156.8 inches at 300 PPI
  • Approximately 1:1.61 aspect ratio
  • Available in a variety of fine-art print and mounting options
  • Wall murals up to approximately 8 × 13 ft. at 300 PPI, or 16 × 26 ft. at 150 PPI, using the native captured resolution
  • Wall murals can be custom cropped and sized to fit specific wall dimensions

Print Sizes and Mounting Options

Contact us for a quote on your specific size and mounting needs.

  • Standard Plaque prints are available in four finish choices. Finishes are acid-free and ultraviolet (UV) light protected, shielding them against fading and deterioration, and can be wiped down with water or ammonia-free cleaners.
  • We highly recommend Metalized Paper for prints, plaques and PlexiPlaq products. This special paper does an excellent job of bringing out the detail in the photographs.
  • All of our plaques are produced by Duraplaq on photo-quality high-density boards. Numerous mounting styles and edge treatments are available.
  • Approximate lead time for shipping prints is two to three weeks. Plaque mounts and other options are approximately three to four weeks.

The above sizes and mounting options are a small subset of the overall mounting options we offer. Our photographs are available as traditional prints, framed prints, plaque mounts, aluminum prints and PlexiPlaq. We also offer Tri-Panel, Quad-Panel, Wall Clusters & Splits, and many of our gigapixel photographs are available as wall murals. Commercial licensing is also available for a variety of applications.
