Oxbow Bend in Grand Tetons National Park is an iconic location for most all photographers, one that I always visit when in the Tetons. This shot was done on the evening of June 26, 2019. We had spent the afternoon and early evening in Jackson shopping and having dinner. Arrived back at our campground near Moran shortly before sunset, dropped my wife at the RV and rushed up to Oxbow Bend hoping to get there before sunset. Barely made it with enough time to setup my gear and find a spot amoungst the 50 other people there. I had already shot a couple panoramas and was starting to tear down when this light started appearing. I quickly threw my 300mm lens on the camera and started shooting again.
