Workshop Cancellation Policy
Sometimes circumstances beyond our control may interfere with our best efforts to complete a scheduled workshop. Abba's Creations Photography cannot be held responsible for any unanticipated circumstances (i.e., natural disasters, park closures, inability to access locations, weather, etc.) that either prevents you from attending or from us altering our location shoots. I will always do my best to work around any unanticipated circumstances. I would also remind you that some of the most striking images are created during times of less than perfect weather, so it would be highly unusual for the workshop to be cancelled for these reasons, except in the most unusual of circumstances. Abba's Creations Photography reserves the right to make the final determination when safety is of prime concern..
A deposit of $400 is due at the time of registration. If you cancel prior to Sept. 1, we will refund 100% of your deposit. Final or full payment is due no later than Sept. 1, 2018.
Workshop Payment Refund:
Your workshop fee and your deposit will be refunded 100% to you if you cancel prior to Sept. 1, 2018. After Sept. 1, 2018 we will refund full payment less an amount of $250.
I realize last minute emergencies can and do occur and I will do my best to work with you.
Under NO circumstances will travel expenses be reimbursed. While I have yet to cancel a workshop, there could be some situations which could cause the workshop to be cancelled or rescheduled. If weather is totally inclement on a day during the workshop we may extend the workshop an extra day. Suggest you plan your travel back home to allow a few extra days in the Ouray area after the workshop. Fall colors will be at their peak during the first week of Oct.. I am sure you will want to make use of your newly learned skills. Accordingly, it is highly recommended you secure travel insurance if necessary for any commercial travel.
